Disability Awareness Training

Introduction of a number of new elements to the Disability Discrimination Act over recent years, have meant that many more organisations, both private and public, are now required to ensure that they do not treat people with disabilities less favourably than any other people, either in terms of employment practices or in terms of their service delivery.

It is, therefore, extremely important that all organisations take proactive steps to ensure that their staff are properly equipped, with the correct skills, to know how to work appropriately with clients or customers who have disabilities.
