One of the obstacles that people fear the most is the Sheep Dip. This is a concrete pipe around 2 metres long and totally submerged in the filthy water. In reality the obstacle is fairly simple to get through as you are pushed from behind and pulled from the far side, but it doesn't make thinking about it any easier.
