During the summer holiday in Italy in July 2008 the mad idea was formulated that, at the end of the second week, the brave ones would run up the Castellabate hill from the village below. The horizontal distance was around 4.8 kilometres but the height climbed was around 280 metres! This probably explains the looks of pain/relief on everyone's faces! The return leg was much easier.
