We train your own staff how to use our innovative electrostatic vaporization system combined with a patented and approved solution to kill harmful Mould and fungi.
This allows you to proactively treat Category 1 health hazards quickly and effectively. Each room treated would receive our “Treatment Certificate” to evidence your proactive approach for the protection against mould fungi and airborne spores.
The equipment, chemical and process are tested in accordance with EN17272. ACHIEVING A KILL RATE OF 99.999%
How it Works
The TITAN unit emits a dry 5-micron spray that wraps around all surfaces and materials including complex and hard to reach areas. The process treats all surfaces including fabrics and air within the room.
The chemical is used to break down the cell wall of the mould and fungi, it immediately attacks the outer frame of any micro-organisms. This weakens the frame, allowing the silver to slip inside and begin the process. When inside the cell, the hydrogen peroxide and silver compromise its structure and damages the cell’s.

Validation
Test Report: EN 17272:2020 Chemical disinfectants and antiseptics – Methods of airborne room disinfection by automated process –Determination of bactericidal, mycobactericidal, sporicidal, fungicidal, yeasticidal, virucidal and phagocidal activities CONCLUSION According to EN17272:2020, TITAN POSSESSES FUNGICDAL activity at a concentration of 100.0% v/v of the working concentration as tested after 85 MINUTES at 20C under CLEAN conditions (0.3g/L3 bovine albumin) when applied in an enclosure between 30m against Aspergillus brasiliensis ATCC 16404.

Touchless Infection Control Limited has, subject to the scope defined in Bureau Veritas UK Ltd report 18465055, provided a hydrogen peroxide electrostatic vaporization (HPEV) unit which reached and maintained an airborne concentration of one hundred parts per million (100 ppm) for two (2) minutes within a test enclosure/room at four (4) different locations. Note: the two (2) minute duration period (termed contact time) is calculated as the ideal concentration of hydrogen peroxide in air to effectively destroy harmful fungi, mould, yeasts and other microorganisms.
