What is TIC

TIC Mould Control offers the only self-delivery system in the UK and Ireland that eliminates surface mould and spores (including airborne spores), making properties and rooms safe in under one hour. Our solution is supporting Social Housing providers, Local Authorities and Landlords to create safe living spaces for tenants and safer working environments for staff who are responsible for treating damp and mould related issues. ​

How TIC works

The TITAN unit emits a dry spray that envelops all surfaces and materials, including complex and hard-to-reach areas. This process treats all surfaces, including fabrics and air within the room. The solution breaks down the cell wall of mould and fungi, attacking the outer frame compromising the microorganism's structure and damaging the cell structure.​

Validation and Certification

According to the BluTest verification test report (EN 17272:2020), TITAN demonstrates fungicidal activity at a concentration of 100.0% v/v after 85 minutes at 20°C under clean conditions. This was tested against Aspergillus Brasiliensis ATCC 16404 in an enclosure of 30m². Our TIC solution achieves a kill rate of 99.999% against mould and fungi.
